How to add an additional Host Console user

Additional Host Console users are available to all Standard Plan or higher customers.

1. Go to your MailChannels Outbound Filtering account.

2. Click on Settings on the left menu bar. Then Account.

3. The second section from the top is Console Users.

4. Click on New User. From here, you can enter in the new user information, set the password, and grant access permissions.

Congratulations! You've successfully created a new MailChannels Host Console user! Don't forget to add all the members of your support and abuse teams.
