How to change plans

1. Go to your MailChannels Outbound Filtering account.

2. Click on Settings on the left menu bar. Then Billing.

3. In the Change Your Plan section, you will see two tiles. The From tile on the left displays your current plan. The To tile displays the plan you'd like to switch to.

Clicking on Select A Different Plan will open a drop-down menu that displays all of the available plans. Selecting different plans from the drop-down menu will display the plan details.

4. Select a plan that fits your needs and then click Switch To This Plan.

Note: A refund on your current plan will be refunded for the amount left in the current billing cycle. Your new rate will be charged immediately, and your new Period Start Date will commence the day the change was made.
