If your Domain Administrator has configured Quarantine as the spam handling option for your domain, spam messages will be held by MailChannels so they don't even touch your inbox. You can see the messages in your Quarantine by selecting the Quarantined filter in Log Search.
Quarantined messages are denoted by the purple Quarantined tag, with a specific reason why the message was quarantined, below the tag. In the example below, you can see that the message was quarantined for containing Virus Content. |
If a message accidentally ends up in your Quarantine when it shouldn't have, you can easily release the message to your inbox by clicking on the Release button that is revealed when you hover over a log entry for a quarantined message, as seen below.
