Do you offer dedicated IPs?

Over time, having a dedicated IP address is becoming less important as a mechanism for ensuring reliable email delivery. New domain-based authentication requirements mean that your domain’s reputation has far more impact on deliverability than the IP you send from. As a result of the decline in the importance of dedicated IPs, MailChannels has decided to send from shared pools and to leave dedicated IPs as a potential feature for future development. If your application absolutely requires a dedicated IP, please raise a support ticket and your request will be routed to our product team, who are always keen to learn about use cases we haven’t seen before.
