Is it possible to view all the incoming logs for a domain?

As a host, you can see all the logs from within your Host console, but you cannot see incoming logs as a domain administrator. As a host, you can access the logs if you sign into the domain through your Host console, and then click on "Logs". A new window with a consent agreement will pop up.
